Dan has been with our eLearning company, HRTrain, since 2001. Originally hired as someone who can handle launches of new clients, employees, and relatively minor updates and changes to our websites, he has since been responsible for building our Compliance Tracking Tool that records course progress, status and completions. As well as allowing our clients to run reports tracking progress and inform their employees via emails of courses they must complete. He is also responsible for building all of our relatively new courses such as HIPAA, Diversity, Ethics, and Managing Problem Employees. He has also redesigned our harassment prevention training program in HTML5, which now contains a tremendous amount of customization options.
In addition, he has created the course template versions that contain files which allow us to easily create online training courses with full customization options based on any Microsoft Word or PowerPoint documents our clients or potential clients have. He has also worked with Rustici Software (http://www.scorm.com) and used their SCORM wrapper to design the SCORM-Compliant versions of our courses, which allows them to run on any LMS that supports SCORM or AICC compliance.
